Petit appartement confortable et joliment décoré. Comme plusieurs autres personnes l’ont mentionné, la terrasse est un des points forts de cet appartement, elle est très grande avec une belle vue sur la mer. Had a lovely holiday here, air BnB was modern, clean and as described. Gorgeous and comfy outside space with seaview and right on the beach. This airbnb is top! From the cleanliness, decor, terrazza, but especially the hosts Agnese and Vincenzo. It’s a beautiful space with attention to every detail. The location is the best! We could walk everywhere and the views from the terrazza are spectacular. The communication from the hosts were one of the best we have ever experienced. We really enjoyed the apartment, which has the most stunning views. Vincenzo and his wife were very lovely, surprised us with typical beers and pastries, and were always there to help when we had any queries. Everything we needed was in the apartment, from a coffee machine to hotel toothbrushes. They really put a lot of thought into their offering. The location of the apartment was also very central, with a great restaurant underneath, and an amazing geletaria down the road. There are plenty of beach bars along the front, and when the wind isn't strong the waves were minimal making it perfect for our Bambino! The apartment is in a great location overlooking the beach and is easily walkable into the town centre for cafes and restaurants. The apartment is clean and modern and the terrace is amazing with lots of different furniture. You have to park along the road, which is generally OK but we did struggle at the weekend to park.This is a fantastic apartment & we had a great holiday- would definitely recommend it!

Right from the initial booking Vincenzo and Agnese were very proactive providing information and making contact. Pozzallo was a base for us to explore the east of Sicily and it was perfect. The welcome gift of homemade Limoncello and souvenir were lovely and Vincenzo even delivered breakfast one morning during our stay as he had to call nearby. The home was perfectly clean and equipped with everything we needed and within easy walking distance to local eateries and shopping. Great parking always available out front although after 5pm it could get busy. We loved our stay and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great stay in the Pozzallo area. Loved the deck and location would highly recommend ☺ The deck was amazing!  Just like the pictures.  The apartment is nicely remodeled and has everything you need including English Netflix and a latte frother. The area is a quiet beach town with lots of restaurants and shopping. Eine traumhafte Wohnung mit Dachterrasse und Blick auf das Meer ☺Unglaublich große Dachterrasse mit einem gigantisch guten Blick auf den Strand und das Meer. Die Wohnung war geschmackvoll vom Design eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Klimaanlage hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Für uns war das die schönste Wohnung auf unserer Rundreise einmal rund um die Insel. Der Gastgeber war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Im Vorfeld hat er uns schon Reisetipps gegeben. Bei der Ankunft standen selbstgemachte Leckereien auf den Tisch. Kaffee und Tee gab es in ausreichender Menge. In anderen Wohnungen gab es immer abgezählten Kaffee, der fast nie gereicht hat. Hier war es anders. Im Kühlschrank gab es verschiedene Getränke, unter anderem auch Wein. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wollten gar nicht abreisen. 100-prozentige Empfehlung. ☹—

Stunning, comfortable, luxurious apartment with a beautiful view ☺ The property is stunning. A spectacular terrace with an incredible view. The terrace has clever outside lighting and a table, sun loungers and also a further table and comfy sofa and chairs. The apartment is beautifully decorated. Very tasteful with the interiors being cleverly designed. It is very modern and very comfortable. We stayed in the main room which has an exceptionally comfortable bed. The bathroom is clean and modern with thoughtful touches like bathrobes and slippers. Our host, Vincenzo, kindly left treats in the lovely kitchen. The kitchen is very well equipped with an Italian coffee maker, Smeg fridge and dishwasher. Vincenzo also kindly booked us into the Kracken beach club just opposite the apartment. Excellent hosts and property where nothing is too much trouble .  Great beach access and a lively family friendly Italia ☺ Excellent location for Pozzallo’s wonderful free beaches and kudos. It’s impeccably presented and has everything you need. ☺Appartement très bien décoré et très confortable, une propreté irréprochable. Une immense terrasse avec une vue directe sur la plage. On a envie d’y rester toute la journée. À notre arrivée les propriétaires nous ont offert des produits locaux ainsi que de très bons conseils pour les restaurants. Couple adorable. ☹Rien
